These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 453bd ("453bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 453bd website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services (collectively, "the Platform").

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

In the event of a technical error during bet placement, 453bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

5.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed on the 453bd Platform are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds and payout applicable to any bet are those in effect at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. 453bd reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds. Where a bet has been placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, 453bd reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or to void the bet entirely at its discretion.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 453bd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing or event manipulation;
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies across markets;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the 453bd Platform use independently verified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are final. In all cases, 453bd's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 453bd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

453bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 453bd reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 453bd, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The player is under the age of 21.

Upon termination of an account for breach of Terms, 453bd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, subject to applicable legal requirements. When material changes are made, 453bd will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered players. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 453bd Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
